Lanterns & orangeries
from £160Raised lanterns, valley gutters and the bits a window round skips. We bring the right poles, the right pads, and time.
House windows
from £28Sash, casement, bays and bi-folds. Pure water on a regular round, frames and sills included.
Valleys & gutters
from £40Conservatory valleys silt up first. We clear, flush and leave the water going where it should.
Regular window rounds
Most houses on the Hutton and Brentwood loop sit on a four-to-six week round. Frames and sills are part of it — not an upgrade. We use pure water, so there’s nothing to rinse off the borders.
Conservatory interiors
The outside can gleam while the inside still shows every bar. We’ll do the interior glass, the roof from below, and the easy furniture. You get a room you can sit in the same afternoon.
Gutters, fascias, valleys
Conservatory valleys silt up first and then the house gutters follow. We clear, flush, and tell you if a joint is already gone. Fascias and soffits when they’re in reach of the poles.
